Tous les jours, prends quelques minutes pour noter trois trucs pour lesquels t&rsquo;es reconnaissant. \u00c7a peut \u00eatre aussi simple que le soleil qui brille ou un p&rsquo;tit sourire re\u00e7u. Se concentrer sur le positif, \u00e7a d\u00e9stresse, \u00e7a fait baisser l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, et \u00e7a met le sourire.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Vive la Gentillesse !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00catre gentil avec les autres, \u00e7a booste le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9motionnel. Un geste simple comme tenir la porte ou faire un compliment sinc\u00e8re, \u00e7a fait le job. En plus, \u00e7a renforce les liens avec les potes, et \u00e7a, \u00e7a joue aussi sur le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. M\u00e9ditation, Yo !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience, c&rsquo;est genre la zen attitude. \u00c7a aide \u00e0 calmer le stress et l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, et \u00e7a am\u00e9liore la qualit\u00e9 de vie. Installe-toi confort et focus sur ta respiration. Si ton esprit s&rsquo;\u00e9gare, ram\u00e8ne-le doucement \u00e0 la respiration. Chill, quoi.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Fais p\u00e9ter tes Succ\u00e8s !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On a tous des super-pouvoirs, genre la curiosit\u00e9, l&rsquo;humour, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. En les identifiant et en les utilisant, on booste notre bien-\u00eatre et on se met \u00e0 fond dans la vie. Fais le bilan de tes super-pouvoirs et trouve comment les exploiter au quotidien.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Regarde en Face tes Traumas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, insomnie, sentiment de d\u00e9chirure, c&rsquo;est le signe d&rsquo;un trauma. Parler de \u00e7a peut \u00eatre tricky, mais \u00e7a fait du bien. Si t&rsquo;as du mal, t&rsquo;as des astuces comme utiliser un film ou une histoire qui ressemble \u00e0 ton v\u00e9cu. \u00c7a rend la parole plus facile et \u00e7a aide \u00e0 comprendre.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Parole Respect\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s un trauma, il faut parler, mais avec tact. Si tu veux te confier \u00e0 un pote, contr\u00f4le les \u00e9motions pour pas le surcharger \u00e9motionnellement. Sinon, il y a des astuces comme utiliser des films ou des persos pour expliquer. Et si c&rsquo;est un probl\u00e8me de groupe, faut mettre en place des tours de parole. La parole, c&rsquo;est le d\u00e9but de la r\u00e9silience.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">7. Confiance, On Recharge !<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un trauma peut foutre en l&rsquo;air la confiance en soi. Comment la retrouver ? En se valorisant : parle d&rsquo;un bouquin, fais un plat de chef, performe dans un sport, \u00e9cris. C&rsquo;est pas des id\u00e9es bateau, c&rsquo;est le retour \u00e0 l&rsquo;estime de soi pour avancer. Trouve ton truc pour t&rsquo;exprimer et reprendre ta place.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">8. \u00c9crit pour Te Lib\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les souvenirs douloureux, c&rsquo;est pas un magasin, on peut les remanier avec l&rsquo;\u00e9criture. C&rsquo;est une arme puissante pour donner du sens aux exp\u00e9riences. T&rsquo;\u00e9crire une lettre \u00e9 toi-m\u00eame, c&rsquo;est te soigner. \u00c7a lib\u00e8re la m\u00e9moire traumatique, c&rsquo;est un pouvoir de dingue.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">9. Arts en Action<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Exprimer ta cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est un chemin pour ton d\u00e9veloppement perso. Musique, th\u00e9\u00e2tre, peinture, c&rsquo;est pas juste pour les artistes, c&rsquo;est pour tout le monde. \u00c7a partage des \u00e9motions, \u00e7a rompt la solitude, c&rsquo;est la classe.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">10. Renoue avec le Monde<\/h2>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>On est des \u00eatres sociaux, on a besoin de liens. La solitude, c&rsquo;est pas notre truc.
